I work with a lot of couples, millennials, men, students, parents and kids in blended/separate families, and parents in grief. I’m currently seeing a lot of people experiencing political anxiety and despair, as well as social anxiety. Are you someone who works to make others happy but has a hard time receiving love yourself? If you are in culinary work, a family caregivers (elder-care, disabled, and chronic/terminal illness), or a professional caregivers (medical, teachers, mental health, social work, law enforcement, corrections, first responders, social justice advocates), I am here to offer support!
I incorporate genuine, warm regard and personal connection along with neuroscience-based emotional, cognitive, & mindfulness practices to relieve the strife and overwhelm of distress; process & release trauma/PTSD; emotionally regulate anxiety and depression; reduce feelings of aloneness. We’ll also focus on building the insight, resiliency, & relationship skills that will bring you a long-term sense of well-being!
